Public opening of the panel exhibition Gene Age
The public opening of the exhibition, which will be conducted by moderator Daniel Stach, will take place on 7th October 2023 at 14:00 at Smíchovská náplavka.

Original documentation on the discovery of DNA will be available to view on site, and there will be a workshop for young scientists. At the event it will be possible to meet interesting personalities from the field of genetics and medicine.
What is the Gene Age?
Panels in a DNA helix design will explain, through graphics and text, why genetics affects each and every one of us, even if we often don’t realise it. You will learn when and how genes affect us and how they are linked to rare genetic diseases, their diagnosis and possible treatments.
